Home Software grants you permission to reproduce and sell the Desktop
Snooper software. You agree and understand that your royalty free license,
including your Control Panel and website provided to you by Home Software
can and will be revoked immediately for violating any of the following
terms and conditions:

You agree to indemnify and hold Home Software, and its
subsidiaries, affiliates, officers, agents, co-branders or other partners,
and employees, harmless from any claim or demand, including reasonable
attorneys' fees, made by any third party due to or arising out of claims
you make on your website, or verbally, including disputes arising as a
result of your software sales, your violation of the Terms &
Conditions, or your violation of any rights of another.
TERMINATION
You agree that Home Software may, under certain
circumstances and without prior notice, immediately terminate your Desktop
Snooper/Home Software account, any associated website, control panel and
access to the service. Cause for such termination shall include, but not
be limited to, (a) Selling Desktop Snooper or any of Home Software
software below our mandatory pricing. (b) Decompiling, reverse engineering
or any way altering any Home Software software product (c) relabeling,
alteration, or removal of any text including website links to the Home
Software corporate website. Further, you agree that all terminations for
cause shall be made in Home Software's sole discretion and that Home
Software shall not be liable to you or any third-party for any termination
of your account, any associated website, control panel, or access to the
Service.
These Terms and Conditions shall continue in effect for as long as you
use the Products and Services, unless specifically terminated earlier by
Home Software. All provisions of these Terms and Conditions which impose
obligations continuing in their nature shall survive termination of these
Terms and Conditions.
Home Software reserves the right to modify the Products and Services
from time to time, for any reason, and without notice, including the right
to terminate the Products and Services. Home Software reserves the right
